Default Template Wizard Message

Hi All,

I have a workbook that is written in Excel 97 SR-2 and was
originally set up to use the Template Wizard (TW). I no
longer use the TW and have unchecked it from within the
Add-Ins selection box. All works fine from a machine
using Excel 97.

When we access this workbook from Excel 2002 SP-2,
however, we get a warning message reading:
"Cannot open template wizard."
Whatever I have tried, this message always comes up. Does
anyone have any suggestions on what can be done to have
this workbook run under either system without such
messages? Thanks in advance.
