Default How to DOWNgrade from Outlook 2003 to Outlook 2002

Recently got a new home computer with a three month Office XP 2003
trial. Now as part of my college license I can install Office XP at home
but they have not upgraded to Office 2003 but have stayed on 2002.

Installed, everything working fine except Outlook 2002 which says unable
to open default email folders then closes.

Register problem? Any ideas? TIA CB

You left out too much information. How did you migrate your Outlook data
file?
Perhaps you were not aware that Outlook 2003 data files are not compatible
with earlier versions.

I did export addresses to Outlook Express, at this stage I just want to
get the program to work again.

Then provide enough troubleshooting information for someone to help you.
Include the precise steps used to uninstall Outlook 2003 and reinstall and
configure Outlook 2002.
We can't read minds.
