how do i get document grid tab in Page Setup in File Menu in Word.

document grid tab is missing from my page setup option in file menu in word.
how do i get document grid tab in Page Setup in File Menu in Word...

There is no "document grid tab" in File | Page Setup. Gridlines are
enabled/disabled/configured from the Drawing toolbar by clicking on Draw
| Grid.

I would imagine this would be something that is enabled when you enable
support for Asian languages. As garfield-n-odie says, if you are referring
to table gridlines, they can be found on the Table menu. If you want to
display drawing gridlines, use the Draw | Grid menu item from the Drawing
toolbar.
