When setting up a meeting I want to be able to CC people. Example let the boss know we are having a meeting but not invite him/her. I can not find a CC when adding attendees.
Does this feature exsist, and if so is it done on the front end or back end.

Thanks All,

I don't think you can during the meeting invite. You can invite him as
an "Optional Attendee" if you like. Otherwise you could just forward a
copy of the appointment item to the boss as a heads up, after you've already
scheduled it.

If I send it as optional then the meeting shows up on their calendar.
If I send as another email, thats extra work.

There is an error message that pops up when trying to do this how ever the artical this refers to does not apply to
OL2002 Sp3.
