Default Blank meeting requests

Hi all,

I am having trouble with my Outlook XP, where when person A send me a
meeting request, I recieve it as a blank invitation with no
accept/decline button. But if I receive the invitation from person B,
the format of the meeting request is fine and that I can accept or
decline it and so forth.

I did a test and it seem person A sending to person B, or the other way
around works as well. So there seems to be something wrong when person
A is trying to send meeting request to me.

Both person A and person B is using Windows 2000 as operating system,
while I am using Windows XP. And our network does not have an email
exchange, using IMAP.

Any help will be much appreciated, and thanks in advance.

Regards,

Mary
