lost document
lost un-saved word 2000 document after retreiving back from "restore" then lost again by deleting by error. Is there any way to retrieve document?

Only by using file recovery software - provided you have not already
overwritten the disc space that the file occupied. Deleting a file only marks the file space as reusable.
