Default Lookup names to get data

I have two name and address lists. List A is the larger list (13,000 rows)
and has names and telephone numbers along with other data. List B is smaller
(5900 rows) and almost all names on List B are also on list A. What I want
to do is look up each name on List B in List A and copy the corresponding
telephone number for the name ifrom List A to a blank cell next to the name
in List B. It seems like it should be some sort of lookup function. Any
help would be appreciated to save me a lot of cutting and pasting. Please be
specific in any instructions...I'm way over my head with this one. Thanks in
advance.

Care to provide exact ranges along with the sheet names which house List
A and List B?
