Default Transfer data by selecting from checkbox

Dear All Access Experts,

Pls note that I have a form with a subform. The subform shows the results of
a query i.e. the specific item records of a specifice division (with
checkbox). Now I’d like to transfer all or may be some of the items to other
division by tick marking the checkbox and then clicking a command button.
I’ve three combo boxes on the main form
1. Transfer from: (Division Code) 2. Item Code:
3. Transfer To: (Division Code)

My table structure is: Fields: --- 1.Check: (Yes/No), 2.Item Code: 3. Item
Serial, 4. Quantity: (number), 5. Price: (number), 6. Division Code

After selecting the Transfer To: (Division Code) and then clicking the
command button named Transfer in the main form, only the checked (of the
subform) item record’s division code should be changed.

Pls help me by giving some sample codes or examples or your invalueable
consultation.

Azad, DH, BD

thanks in advance
