Outlook 2003 client password
I'm trying to find a way to set a password on the Outlook 2003 client so that someone cannot click on the icon and see the existing emails.
I know that you can set passwords on individual .pst files but it is the client level I'm looking for. I don't think there is a way of doing it in the standard product but have seen references to third party add-ons to do it but I cant find any advertised. Do you know of any, preferably free ones? Does the Outlook 2007 clent have this facility and can it be used with other Office 2003 products? Can anyone help? |

Outlook 2003 client password
Since no one has replied I'll step with my size 12's
Are you refering to an exchange setup? If not the only password option is to the Personal Folders (pst) which you set within outlook on Personal Folders properties. The mail cannot be accessed without entering the password. "525047" wrote in message ...
