Default Outlook 2003 downloading & removing email from Exchange account er

I've set up Outlook to access Exchange accounts in two different cases now
and both times it's moved items off the Exchange server and downloaded them
to the particular Outlook I've just set-up preventing any other Outlook
applications from viewing the e-mails which should still be on the server.

This has never happened previously and I've been able to set up multiple
Outlook access on different machines to the same Exchange account before so
don't understand what has changed.

Sounds like this particular machine has a personal folders (pst) file set as
the default delivery location. Just need to set the default delivery
location back to the Exchange mailbox.
