Default Compatability check..

I get XLS files on a regular basis from our suppliers. I sort the by 4
different conditions, which the old Excel only allowed 3.

When saving I always get the "minor loss of fidelity" message that
information will be lost in earlier versions of Excel.

I have to uncheck "Check compatability when saving this workbook" and hit
continue.

Is there a way to turn that off?
