Default margins

I'm using Office 2000. When I send a word document to my
supervisor and he opens it, the margins are off and the
document looks bad. Is there a setting that I'm
overlooking? please help.

Thanks

This is probably because the two of you are using different printer drivers
(even if you are using the same printer). See
