Default How do I install office 2003 in vista 64 bit

I keep getting an error message "The installation source for this product is
not available. Verify that the source exists and that you can access it."
when I try to install both Office 2003 and Adobe Acrobat Prof 7.0

I have the cd in the drive.

Any suggestions

Thanks

Is there any trial version of Office installed, that you have failed to
uninstall?
