Default changing focus ( in code ) from one form to another

Use the Openform Method:

Docmd.OpenForm "Formname"

If the form is open, it will give it the focus.

Default changing focus ( in code ) from one form to another

I do not know what are you trying to achieve, but if you want to change focus
to a control in subform you can do with this code.

Me.subformname.SetFocus
Me.subformname.Form.controlname.SetFocus
