Default Business Contact Manager/SQL Uninstall Issues

I am having difficulty uninstalling Business Contact Manager from my
system (using XPsp2 and MS Office 2003). When I uninstalled yesterday
through add/remove programs it appeared that everything went fine, but
this morning when I rebooted the system worked fine up through login
screen, but hung after about 15 seconds of loading programs into
memory. So I restored back to yesterday and sort of fixed the problem
– no more hangs. Unfortunately, I now get a message after login
stating, “your SQL server installation is either corrupt of has been
tampered with (could no open SQLEVN70.rll). Please uninstall then
re-run setup to correct this problem”. When I opened Outlook I also
had a number of issues, though I was able to correct them by closing
the BCM pst. Now when I go to Add/Remove programs, BCM is back and it
will not let me remove it giving me instead a fatal error message
stating, “Execution cannot continue as the language dependent resource
file C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL
Sever\MSSQL@MICROSOFTBCM\Binn\Resources\1033\SEMNT .RLL could not be
loaded.” I went through the process of repairing Office under
Add/Remove-MS Office-Repair and the wizard ran saying a repair was
made, but the problems persist. I have tried reinstalling BCM as well
but get the same “Your SQL server installation is corrupt…” message. I
don’t have SQL server available under Add/Remove programs to make any
repairs and have never separately installed it and assume that it was
part of the BCM install. I am at my wits ends on this and any help
would be much appreciated.
