using outlook 2003 ,cannot send emails ,no error messages

Default using outlook 2003 ,cannot send emails ,no error messages

I have setup my computer as reccommended by my ISP ,when I do a test all
ticks are green and it tells me i am setup ok.

I have tried sending email it receives but will not send . no error message .
if anybody as had a similar problem ,please let me know how you solved it?

Do the messages stay in the Outbox or do they move to the Sent Items folder?

Try enabling diagnostic logging to see if any problems show up.
