Default where is extalert.msi file?

Am trying to uninstall the Office XP Extended Alert from
add/remove program, and Windows Installer prompts for
lcoation of the extalert.msi file.

Search on system and all Office XP install CDs but unable
to locate the file.

Where can I find the file?

Thanks.

I thought this was a download from OfficeUpdate on OfficeOnline.
