Default MS OFFICE End-user License agreement won't go away.

I have a user with MS Office SBE 2003 loaded on a w2000 Pro system. When
she opens Outlook, the end-user lic. agreement pops up. She accepts it and
has no problems. However, when she closes the program and reopens it, the
agreement appears again. How can I stop this from happening? I loaded this
software onto about 15 machines in this office and she is the only one this
is happening to.

Thank you in advance.

Frank
