Default "Read Only"!

How do you e-mail a document without "Read Only"? Nothing seems to remove it.
I need to be able to have the recipient print, save, as well as change some
documents.

On the other end do a r-click on the attachment and then "Save As".

Any document received via email and opened from the preview pane will be
read only, irrespective of what you have set your options as. Open the file
from an open message (not preview pane) and it will not be read-only.

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Due to
the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.

After furious head scratching, jandawnd asked:
