Tranpose a link
I have an excel spreadsheet(office 97 version) where I would like to link fields on one sheet to another sheet in the same workbook, except I need the linked fields to be transposed into the second sheet. If you use the paste special command, and choose Transpose, the paste link button will turn to a ghost, and can't be selected. Any help is appreciated.

One way would be: Name the source range "Original" Select the destination range and array-enter (using Ctrl+Shift+Enter) the formula =TRANSPOSE(Original) Bill Manville MVP - Microsoft Excel, Oxford, England No email replies please - respond to newsgroup |
