Default "Window too small" means I cannot see the window when I restore wo

When I try to restore Word the window doesn't appear on the screen and once I
saw a message displaying the text "Window too small". I can only work with
Word maximised and cannot resize it from this state.
Is there any way I can set the window size without having to restore it and
use the resize handles?

On the task bar, click on Word. Next, also on the task bar, Ctrl+Click on
any other running application. Now, both Word and the other running
application are selected on the task bar. Finally, on the task bar,
right-click either Word or the other application, and choose Cascade (or
Tile Vertically or Tile Horizontally). You should now be able to size Word
as desired.
