Default how to right justify lines (underscores?)

I am typing a simple text form (no fields). I want all the lines to be right
justified. I found the answer and did this once before, but I cannot
remember how. It has something to do with the tabs, and it was really easy,
but I cannot even find the tabs in this version of Word. Thank you.

Never Mind. I figured it out. Set the right tab to right justify. Place
cursor where you want the line to start. Select underline button. Tab to
end of line.
