Default How do you close the toolbar when emailing a document?

When emailing a document, the toolbar/ribbon shows. How do you close this so
the receipient receives only the document and not the toolbar/ribbon commands
as in other microsoft programs?

The recipient does not receive toolbars or ribbons. Whatever toolbars or
ribbons are seen when the recipient opens the document are the ones on
his/her own machine.

You're opening your attachment in Word, aren't you ? So it shows
whatever your current setup of Word is.
