Default Word publishing book -- final chapters posted

I've posted the final two rough-draft chapters of Perfect Pages, my
upcoming book on publishing with Microsoft Word (successor to Books,
Typography, and Microsoft Word). These chapters are "Preparing for
Print" and "Creating a Cover." I welcome your comments, and here again
is the page for downloading.
