Default Delete menu items

I recently upgraded from OmniPage Pro 12.0 to OmniPage Pro 15.0.

When I go to File drop down menu in Word XP the "Acquire Text (OmniPage
Pro 12.0)" and "Acquire Text Settings (OmniPage Pro 12.0)" choices
appear in the menu.

Word correctly lists these items for OmniPage Pro 15.0.

How do I delete the references to OmniPage Pro 12.0 from the menu list?

Thank you in advance for your time and troubles on my behalf.

You can press Ctrl+Alt+Hyphen, then click on the menu item, or open Tools |
Customize and drag them off the menu. In either case, be sure to save
Normal.dot if prompted.
