Default Does anyone have a template for a single 3 1/2 x 5 1/2 label?

Our office has some single 3 1/2 x 5 1/2 labels they would like us to use up - rather than multiple labels on one sheet.
Does anyone have a template for such a label? I can't seem to get the margins correct to have the label info printed the label.
Thank you for your help!

Word is not good with custom paper sizes. The easiest way to achieve this is
to decide whether your printer feeds from the left or the middle. Pin a
label to the top left or top centre of a piece of standard A4 or US Letter
paper as appropriate, draw round it. Measure the 'waste', add this to the
margins and save as a template. This will produce an area in which you can
type that corresponds to a label.
