Can't Post Clarification
Now that my former post has gone through, when I am in other newsgroups
using Outlook Express, I can view all ngs I visit. But I can't post in ANY of them. Even when I reply to someone else's post, my reply is blank. Please tell me how to address this. I have called the cableone help desk and always get a "I don't know a supervisor will call you back." I have called about this no less than 8 times in the past year, and have never had a call back.
