Default Need help transferring Office 2000 Premium, ...

....With data files, from an old windows 98 pc to a new
windows 2000 xp laptop. Hotsyncing?

Uninstall O2K on old pc, reinstall on new, move/copy/transfer, however, data
files to new pc
ie you cannot transfer an app, only data.
