Default Change Report Orientation

Hello All,
I am designing a report to replace one that is now being being completed by
hand by my work group. Unfortunately it MUST be formatted in exactly the same
way. My problem is that one area of the report called "Project Summary"
includes data which has each record listed in a column rather than in a row,
like so:

I need this:

Item # 1 2 3 4 5
6
Info A Info1 Info2 Info3 Info4 Info5 Info6
Info B Info1.1 Info2.1 Info3.1 Info4.1 Info5.1 Info6.1

I can only get Access to do this:

Item # Info A Info B
1 Info1 Info1.1
2 Info2 Info2.1
3 Info3 Info3.1
4 Info4 Info4.1
5 Info5 Info5.1
6 Info6 Info6.1

I am not sure how clear that is. I need to know if and how I can set up a
subreport to display data records vertically rather than horizontally.
Luckily I know that there will never be more than 6 record for each parent
record. They are fund sources. Sorry for the confusion. Please let me know
what other info you need and many thanks. Let me know if this is possible or
not.

Look at using a crosstab query to reverse the rows and columns. Specify Info
A and Info B as rows, Item# as Columns and your data as Value.
