How do I configure Outlook 2003 to use MSN DSL? I keep getting "Your
Microsoft Exchange Server is not Available" every time I try to open Outlook
2003.

In Control Panel, open the Mail applet. Remove the Exchange account and add
the MSN account.

I'm having the same problem with Verizon. I tried to do what you suggested
but it wouldn't let me delete Microsoft Exchange Server. It told me to go to
File and then Data File Management and add - where do I go to do this. I
can't get into Outlook at all. I also have a wireless laptop. Can this
cause a problem. Verizon checked everything and it should work, but it
doesn't. Thank you.

Then start with a fresh profile StartControl PanelMailShow ProfilesAdd.
There's no way you'll get an Exchange account in there then.
