Default 2 questions

1) How do I email my contact list from Outlook to someone else.
2) I want to set up a distribution list to a group of companies, but some of
the companies do not have a specific name to contact there so the company
does not show up in the distribution list. How can I bring them in? Thanks!

Do they use Outlook? What type(s) of accounts do you and they use (i.e.,
Exchange, SMTP, etc)?

Obviously, if you don't have an electronic address for a contact, you can't
add them to a DL, since DLs contain only electronic addresses.
