Default questionnaire on web, import answer into excell automaticaly

this is a two part question. i have a questionnaire (applicaiton) on the web

how do i make it so the applicants can submit their answers, what do i do
with the submit button and also after they have been submitted, can i set it
up so the answers will be sent automatically to an excel page

Have your web page write the data to a file on the server somewhere, then use FTP to transfer the
file to your machine, and open it with Excel.
