Default How to create monthly stipend database of students in Access?

im working on a database in relation to my work as data processor.. it's a
database where i need to store montlhy stipends and tuiition fees that we
give to our scholar students.. it should contain some infos of the students
like Name, School, Scholarship Progam it should have a primary key which can
be labelled as ID and account number as well.. i don't know how i would work
with it if ill be having a source that needs to be imported to MS Access
everytime we process their stipends and tuition fees.. i'm using MS Access
2002.. i hope someone can help me with this issue..
