find related messages does not always work.
Lately I've noticed the find related messages does not always work. I cannot
find a pattern. It simply seems like some days it does and others it doesn't. At the same time the related messages are not being found I can get a view by conversation and that seems accurate. It seems to me these functions would be tied somehow but I'm stumped. Find related messages is a great tool for managing a mailbox. Has anyone see this before? I didn't find anything similar in the knowledge database.
