Default running sum for hour and minute

I have a query for working hour and minute and would like have a
running sum like following:

Employee (Working hour) (Working Minute) (Working hour Required)
(hour run sum) (minute run sum)
Employee1 40
10 35
5 10
Employee1 26
30 35
-4 20
Employee1 37
0 35
-2 20

Is it possible to have a query for running sum for 2 fields to
consider borrow and carry for hour and minutes?

Your information is great appreciated,
