Report/subreport display
I have two reports (from queries) that I have combined into one report. The
first report is in the detail section and the second report is in the report footer section. In this way, the entire first report is displayed and then the entire second report. I hope this construction is correct and so far seems to work. My problem is that when there are a few records in the first report and many records in the second...it displays the first report then leaves a big blank space and goes to a new page and gives the second report. When there are a few records in the first and a few records in the second, then they display on the same page, one after another with no "big gap" between. I have looked at sorting and grouping, but does not seem to be the problem as it displays correctly when both reports fit on one page. Any suggestions are appreciated. Many thanks... -- Kbelo |

Perhaps check the Keep Together property of the report footer.
