Default Access 2003 Email a query

Hi all,

I have created a query, that produces a list of people that have received
welfare within the current financial Year. I would like to set this up so
that it automatically sends the query once a year on a certain day to our
internal auditor. I have read about using the Sendobject action but how
would you automate this to send it on a certain day once a year?

I thought about using scheduler but wouldn't that mean it would have to run
on the same PC every year? The problem with this is that our PC's change all
the time and people come and go, so I wouldn't want it to be machine
dependant.

Any Help would be much appreciated
Tanya

Sorry for the blatant ad for an answer, but as you've discovered a
limitation to scheduler, I think you will see the value added.

Total Visual Agent lets you schedule and automatically perform tasks hourly,
daily, weekly, monthly, or at a specific time in the future. Perform your
tasks in the middle of the night! You can even back up data while users are
in the database (ideal for 24/7 environments) or execute your own custom
code such as printing reports or data uploads and downloads.

And, to assist with emailing from Access, take a look at Total Access
Emailer
