Default Web Forms

I have a web form that is used internally on our Sharepoint website. I can
receive the data fine. The thing I want is to receive the form exactly as
the user sees it with the data in the appropriate fields. I am new to
publisher so I'm not sure that it's even possible. Thanks!!!!

Thanks, David. Know of any apps that could perform that function?

No. I would post the question in the sharepoint or frontpage newsgroup.
