Subform in Datasheet View Shows Limited Records When Displayed on

I tried sending this earlier and received an error message, so please excuse
if this question appears twice. I have a subform that needs to be viewed as
a datasheet and all works fine when I view only the subform. When I place
the subform into a main form, I can see only a few of the records. I tried
setting the detail section of the main form and subform to 'can grow' and I
have tried resizing the control box and the detail section but nothing seems
to help. Is there something else I can do to make more of the records
display at the same time? I am using Access 2003.
