Default Report exported to Excel

1. I created a report with sort break subtotals
2. I exported the report using the [Analyze with Excel] feature
3. The resulting Excel spreadsheed doesn't cross foot to the report and one
of the subtotals doesn't export over
4. Exporting the query matches the numbers, but then i have to modify it
with the subtotal calculations..

Is there way to properly export the report with subtotals in Excel so the
above doesn't happen?

thanks
