"Your message was deleted without being read on..."
I keep getting these messages back from clients that E-mail is sent to, and
I do not know where to begin to troubleshoot this... Has anyone else had this problem? Thanks Tony |

Do you have "Request Read Receipt" tracking option turned ON?

Yes, the other thing I just found out is, this only happens when the user
sends on behalf of someone in our office; if she sends it from her own account (With nothing in the From field) it goes through and she gets a read reciept...
