Default How to include page number description appear in TOC

I want to include GLOSSARY (i.e. GLOSSARY-1) in the TOC page numbering when I
press F9 (update). Is there a way to do this?

In similar thread I need to restart page numbering after a section break as
follows:
Page 197
Page 198
Page 198.1
Page 198.2
....
The section can have a maximum of 198 pages and then decimals are used. How
can I implement this and have the numbering appear in the TOC? When I use
198.{PAGE} - only the {PAGE} number appears in the TOC, without the 198.
