Default Unlocked Cells in Protected Sheet

When i have set a protection in a sheet, i can change the fill color, font,
etc in the unlocked cells?

Default Unlocked Cells in Protected Sheet

You can choose what is protected and what is not protected. Just follow the
prompts: Tools Protection Protect Sheet. Then you decide what you want
users to have access to.

Unlocked cell in a protected sheet have no protection at all

You have a question mark at the end of a declarative.

Which is it?

A question or a statement?

I will assume a question.

If you have allowed users to "select ulocked cells" and "format cells" then you
can format those cells only.
