Default attaching a folder in outlook express 6

Can i attach a folder as an attachment to an outgoing email in outlook
express 6 instead of of the each indivisual folders?

Default attaching a folder in outlook express 6

No, you can only attach files.

If you have a lot of files, or have a subfolder structure that you want
to maintain, what many people do is Zip the folder, then send the ZIP
file. The recipient will then have to unzip the file to recover the
individual files.

Windows XP has built-in support for Zip files.
