Default chart: mileage MPG Fuel total paid

y husband is an OTR driver. I want to create a chart in which I can enter
values like: Miles, Fuel surcharge per mile, Fuel price per gallon, MPG and
then get a total of how much he will be paid for a specific trip. Needs to
add, subtract multiply and divide in the order I want it too and I'm not well
versed enough in Excel to make that happen. Can anyone help a poor road
widow find out how much income I've got coming to pay the bills?
