Two things come to mind.

First, you posted this into a support forum for MS Access, the database
product which is part of the MS Office suite of applications. You will stand
a better chance of getting a relevant response, if you post into a forum
that supports YOUR email client.

And that brings me to point two. You need to add more information, such as
which email client you happen to be using and what kinds of things you've
tried so far (and what the results of those efforts were.)

Please find an appropriate forum and try again. If your email client, for
example, is Outlook, scroll down the list of newsgroups and find one for
that application.

Best of luck.

George
