Default I Can't open Project Manager?

I open project manager but I cannot access any part of my Database. Any help
would be appreciated thank you.

"Project Manager"? Is that a specific application you purchased somewhere?
It doesn't ring a bell with me, but maybe if you put it in context, it will.

Also, saying "you can't access any part of [your] database" gives us very
little to go on. How about a more detailed explanation, including what steps
you've tried already?
