link data/query to Powerpoint
Hi,
I am in charge of sending feedback to more then 20 partners using Powerpoint. I have my data in MS access and wondering if I can automate the process by linking information related to each partner to the Powerpoint file. Is it possible for me to do that? SF

SF ....Depends on what you mean by linking. You can create a report in Access and link to that report in a ppt. If you want the feedback directly in the ppt file then you're best option might be to copy the report and paste it into PowerPoint--there are several ways to do it. alex
