SCHEDULE DEFRAGMENT
IS IT POSSIBLE OVERSCHEDULE THE DEFRAGMENTATION PROCESS?
IE IF I SCHEDULE IT 3 TIMES A WEEK - WOULD THIS DAMAGE THE COMPUTER? OR.........WHAT WOULD THE CONSEQUENCES BE?

It wont damage your PC but IMO would be a waste of time / resources

You can't schedule a defrag in Outlook.
