Default Report from query

About four years ago, I created a query that pulled records based on the
items selected. Sex, race, hair color, eye color were all combo boxes and the
user selected those that matched. They also selected whether the person wore
glasses was bald, had a mustache, beard, etc. Unfortunately, my old drive
died and I was unable to retrieve that data. This year I find I need to
create something that will pull all this information from a new database.
Unfortunately, I do not remember what I did. I tried building a query and
used [Enter Race], [Enter Hair color], etc. under each place that has the
info in the combo box. I put =yes/no for the check boxes, bald, glasses,
etc. When I ran it, I received a message that it was too complex. Help,
what's the best way to retrieve the information?
